Pursuant to § 47 of the Rules of Order, Chapter 1, § 1.2 of the Standing Rules of the Central Committee, and § 4.4 of the Bylaws, members are hereby called to the Regular Meeting of the Clark County Republican Central Committee, which will be called to order at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 16, 2018, in Centennial Room B at Santa Fe Station, located at 4949 N. Rancho Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada 89130. The doors will open for registration at 6:00 p.m. The Preliminary Agenda is attached to this notice.

Members are urged to arrive as near to the start of registration as possible to register. Registration will begin at 6:00 p.m. Disabled persons will be accommodated at once; please come directly to the head of the line and an usher will assist you.

During this meeting a Special Election will be held to fill the vacancy of one Trustee from Commission District G for the remainder of the two year term. Elections will also be held to fill the following vacancies on he Nevada Republican Central Committee:  5 seats from County Commission District A, 2 seats from County Commission District B, 2 seats from County Commission District C, 3 seats from County Commission District E, 7 seats from County Commission District F, and 2 seats from County Commission District G. Pursuant to Chapter 1, § 1.3 of the Standing Rules of the Central Committee, members of the Central Committee who wish to run for election to fill this vacant office or one of these seats must submit their nominations no later than 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 9, 2018. No late submissions will be placed on the ballot. No nominations shall be permitted from the floor.

Nominations are by self-­nomination and must be submitted to the CCRP Secretary. Self­-nominations must be sent by one of the following methods:

  • or hand delivered to the same address.

*Self-nominations sent to any other address or by any other method will not be recognized or placed on the ballot.
