|Pursuant to § 47 of the Rules of Order, Chapter 1, § 1.2 of the Standing Rules of the Central Committee, and § 4.4 of the Bylaws, members are hereby called to the Regular Meeting of the Clark County Republican Central Committee, which will be called to order at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 21, 2017, in Centennial Room B at Santa Fe Station, located at 4949 N. Rancho Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada 89130. The doors will open for registration at 6:00 p.m. The Preliminary Agenda is attached to this notice.
Members are urged to arrive as near to the start of registration as possible to register. Disabled persons will be accommodated at once; please come directly to the head of the line and an usher will assist you.
During this meeting a Special Election will be held to fill the vacancy of Trustee from Commission District F for the remainder of the two year term. Elections will also be held to fill the following vacancies on the Nevada Republican Central Committee: 3 seats from County Commission District A, 8 seats from County Commission District B, 7 seats from County Commission District C, 1 seat from County Commission District D, 5 seats from County Commission District E, 2 seats from County Commission District F, and 6 seats from County Commission District G.
Pursuant to Chapter 1, § 1.3 of the Standing Rules of the Central Committee, members of the Central Committee who wish to run for election to fill this vacant office or one of these seats must submit their nominations no later than 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 14, 2017. No nominations shall be permitted from the floor during the meeting unless there is a vacancy without a candidate.
Nominations are by self-nomination and are to be submitted to the CCRP Secretary. Self-nominations can be sent:

Nominees shall be entitled to place a candidate statement on the CCRP website and, except for nominees for Representative to the Nevada Republican Central Committee, to make a two minute speech at the Regular Meeting prior to the election.
