Clark County Republican Party

From the Desk of Your
Clark County Republican Party
Chairman Pro Tem, Dave Gaffney

On March 21, 2017, Dwight Mazzone resigned as our Chairman and, as your Vice Chairman, it falls to me to assume the duties of Chairman until an election is held at our meeting in May, when I will run for the permanent position to finish out the term.

We’re in the midst of our Municipal Election Season and I hear that Democrat turnout is weak.
That means each of our votes are so much more significant. If we can get our fellow Republicans to the polls, we may actually win districts which would traditionally be dominated by Democrats. These are offices like Mayor, Judges, City Council – which DIRECTLY IMPACT OUR LIVES EVERY DAY!
Nevada Republicans most often take back several seats from the Democrats in NON-Presidential years.
Now is our time to shine!

April 4th is officially Election Day. Here’s how many people are Voting Early:

2017 MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION
Turnout Summary by City
City Turnout
Boulder City 1,766
Henderson 7,094
Las Vegas 7,541
North Las Vegas 3,527

There are nearly 600,000 eligible voters in the valley.

These races are OURS TO TAKE !!!

Remember: “Elections are decided by WHO SHOWS UP!”

Early voting ends Friday, March 31. Here’s where to find the Early Voting Location nearest you

LET’S “SHOW UP” AND GET SOME MORE RED ON THE MAP!
